Working with The Logobigo

By using logobigo. website (www.logobigo.com), design services and/or submitting a project via e-mail, online, phone or in person, to logobigo. You (“THE CLIENT”) agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) as given below. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the logobigo services. Design services, studio or web site(s). By submitting a project via our website, or by delivering a EMAIL order, or SOCIAL MEDIA REQUEST for THE PROJECT, you agree to these terms and you fully accept our terms and conditions. In these Terms and Conditions, logobigo, the logobigo service, all services related to it, and all text, images, photographs, user interface, "look" and "feel", data and other content included in it from time to time (including, without limitation, the selection, coordination and arrangement of such content) are referred to as the "WebSite" or "Service". Logobigo is a registered trademark of Dplanet Creative Solutions (India).

Initial Designs & Revision Policy

We provide Initial design within 24 to 48 hours* after project has been placed susscessfully! Revisions depending upon the package you selected. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours.

We do not offer golden ratio & character based logo designs, please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before placed the order.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay any and all fees and payments due for Services purchased at this Site at the time they are ordered. All fees and payments due are in U.S. dollars or Indian Rupees and are non-refundable. If sometime payment is failed due to some technical reasons and if funds got debited from clients account, then logobigo will not be responsible in that case. As we use third party payment gateway (PayPal & PayUMoney). Client needs to be contact respective Support Team. We are only Brand Design Service Company and do not have our own payment gateway.

Once the initial logo designs have been delivered to you, we are no longer able to provide a refund. We have never had a refund request and we are confident that you will not be disappointed with our work.

If client fails to communicate with logobigo regarding any initiated project for a period of more than 30 days, such project will be cancelled, and any deposits shall be applied as a END-FEE as outlined elsewhere in this document. No further edits, revisions, file transmission or online image storage will be undertaken by logobigo after that date.

Client will be responsible for all design requirement material like images, icons, logos, videos, data, as well as any kinds of intellectual property provided to logobigo by the client will have the relevant copyrights, licenses and permissions for use in the commissioned project. Logobigo will not accept responsibility/liability for infringements caused by any wrongly provided materials.

On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo and stationery is automatically transferred to the client. Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Logobigo.

Once final files/logo design have been approved by client, Logobigo will not responsible financially or otherwise for any errors relating to design, print or any end product.

Design Ownership

Design ownership will be automatically transferred when client will get final vector source files. "Design Ownership" its just a term.

Website Dvelopment project Handover

The project will not close / completed if the outstanding amount of a project or any dues are pending.

We don't provide any credentials like email ids, cpanel or any other login details regarding website project until the project has been fully completed and approved by client.

We will provide all necessary credentials for email ids, WP Admin panel, cpanel or any other login details regarding website project once project will be completed and approved by client.

Our Management will decide the project development timeline for every project it may vary upon the projects, but the minimum Project Development period is 70 Days from project has been started. The project will be automatically on hold after 70 days* (Without any Refunds or any remaining services) and we will not able to provide you any necessary services regarding this project. client will need to pay INR 2500/- for Reactivate the project*


Logobigo has right to use all initial design concepts and final approved design work for the purposes of the Logobigo's marketing activities (online and offline) unless otherwise requested/agreed with the Client.

All files should be provided by Logobigo in digital format.

Design revisions / suggestions / modifications should be accepted in offices hours only (IST 11.00 AM TO 7.00 PM).

Official working days: (all Mondays to Fridays*)

We will not provide any revisions or changes after project approval.

Final approved files will be sent on clients register email id only.

Any requirements will be charged extra, if anything is not included in packages.

Final vector files will be provided only after full payment and project approval.

Client is agreeing fully to Logobigo's Terms and Conditions by using our services.

Logobigo reserves all the right to increase or decrease any costing and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
